Referral mechanics
Every member gets a unique referral link. When a colleague signs up and submits their first verified invoice, you both benefit:
- ✓New members who were referred get their free period doubled (6 months becomes 12)
- ✓You earn extra free months for every successful referral
- ✓10 referrals upgrades Silver to Gold, Gold to Gold Elite
- ✓Paid tier members who were referred get half-price for 12 months
Data obligation
To keep your free access, submit at least 5 invoices every 6 months. This is what keeps the benchmarks fresh and valuable for everyone.
If you miss a submission window, you enter a grace period before your account moves to the Paid tier rate. Founders get 90 days. Gold gets 30 days.
Resume contributing at any time to restore your original tier and free access. Your tier position is permanent — it never resets.

What happens if I don’t submit invoices?
You need to submit at least 5 invoices every 6 months to keep your free access. If you miss the window, you enter a grace period (90 days for Founders, 30 days for Gold). After the grace period, your account moves to the Paid tier rate until you resume contributing.
Can I upgrade my tier?
Yes. Silver members who make 10 successful referrals upgrade to Gold. Gold members who make 10 referrals upgrade to Gold Elite. Tier upgrades are permanent and carry forward all benefits of the higher tier.
What’s the grace period?
If you miss a 6-month data submission window, you get a grace period before losing free access. Founders get 90 days. Gold members get 30 days. Silver has no grace period — if you stop contributing, you move to the Paid tier.

What counts as a verified invoice?
Any PDF or photo of a genuine supplier invoice dated within the last 60 days. Our team checks every submission for accuracy. Duplicate, altered, or fraudulent invoices are rejected and do not count toward your data obligation.

Yes. Every tier includes access to Indexeli Perks — cinema, dining, gym, retail, and travel discounts for you and your team. Founder and Gold tiers also get a custom-branded perks domain for their clinic.
