Terms of Service

1. Service Description

Supply Index provides pricing benchmark data for UK aesthetics and dental clinics, derived from verified supplier invoices submitted by participating clinics. The service is operated by Indexeli Intelligence Limited, registered in England and Wales.

2. Invoice Authenticity

By uploading an invoice, you warrant that:

• The invoice is genuine and unaltered.
• The invoice was issued to your clinic or a clinic you are authorised to represent.
• The invoice date is within 60 days of the upload date.
• You have the right to share the pricing information contained within.

Submitting fraudulent, fabricated, or materially altered invoices is grounds for immediate account termination and may result in legal action.

3. Anonymisation Licence

By submitting invoice data, you grant Supply Index a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to:

• Extract pricing data from your invoices.
• Anonymise and aggregate this data with data from other clinics.
• Use the anonymised, aggregated data to compute and publish pricing benchmarks.
• Retain anonymised data indefinitely for benchmark accuracy.

Your individual pricing data is never disclosed to other clinics or suppliers in identifiable form.

4. Data Sharing Consent

By creating an account and accepting these terms, you consent to the following:

• Your anonymised, aggregated supply chain data may be shared with commercial partners, industry bodies, and regulatory organisations for the purpose of market intelligence, benchmarking reports, and industry analysis.
• No data shared with third parties will identify your clinic, your individual pricing, or your supplier relationships. All shared data is aggregated across a minimum of 5 clinics and 20 data points.
• You may withdraw this consent at any time by emailing dpo@supplyindex.io. Withdrawal of consent will result in the termination of your account, as the benchmarking service depends on collective data contribution.

5. Access Tiers

• Free tier: High/Fair/Low position signals only. No benchmark figures.
• Full access: Granted for 6 months upon first confirmed invoice upload. Renewable by uploading subsequent invoices.
• Founding member: Lifetime full access for the first 100 clinics.

6. Supplier Accounts

Supplier accounts provide access to aggregate market intelligence for products sold by that supplier only. Supplier accounts:

• Cannot access individual clinic pricing data.
• Cannot identify which clinics are customers of which suppliers.
• Are subject to minimum data thresholds (5 clinics, 20 data points) before any data is shown.

7. Benchmark Disclaimer

Benchmark data is provided for informational and procurement benchmarking purposes only. It does not constitute financial, medical, or procurement advice. Product selection is a clinical decision. Supply Index makes no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of benchmark data. Use benchmark data at your own discretion.

8. Right to Reject

Supply Index reserves the right to reject any invoice submission without reason. Common rejection reasons include: poor image quality, invoices older than 60 days, suspected fraud, duplicate submissions, and invoices from non-UK suppliers.

9. Account Termination

We may terminate accounts that violate these terms, submit fraudulent data, or attempt to extract individual clinic pricing. You may close your account at any time by emailing hello@supplyindex.io.

10. Limitation of Liability

Indexeli Intelligence Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
