What we validate

Clinic identity verification
We verify CQC registration (aesthetics) or GDC registration (dental) before a clinic account is activated.

Invoice authenticity
Submitted invoices are checked for supplier VAT numbers, invoice dates, and product descriptions matching known supplier catalogues.

Price plausibility checks
Automated outlier detection flags prices more than 3 standard deviations from running medians for manual review.

Duplicate detection
Each invoice is fingerprinted to prevent the same invoice being submitted multiple times by the same or different clinics.
Data freshness
Benchmarks are recalculated weekly. Data older than 18 months is progressively downweighted. See our methodology for full details.
