Frequently asked questions

Is my invoice data kept confidential?

Yes. Invoice documents are deleted within 30 days of the audit. Extracted price data is stored anonymised and never attributed to your clinic in any published benchmark.

Do I need to commit to a full year?

The Starter and Full audits are one-off payments with no ongoing commitment. The monthly plan can be cancelled at any time with 30 days notice.

What if I don't find any savings?

If the Starter or Full audit does not identify at least the cost of the audit in savings opportunities, we will refund in full. We have not had to apply this guarantee yet.

Do you cover all specialties?

Currently aesthetics and dental. Veterinary is coming in 2025. If your clinic operates across both aesthetics and dental, one audit covers both.
